So how is everyone feeling about the end of 30 Rock this week? I was pretty bummed about one of my favourite shows coming to an end. Suffice to say, I felt the need to numb the pain of the last 30 Rock episode with some sweets. In true Liz Lemon fashion, I felt cupcakes would be the best dessert choice for the evening. I whipped up these lemon cupcakes with cream cheese frosting and they were absolutely delish! Using cake flour gives you a super light and fluffy texture that will make you say “I want to go to there”.
Give these cupcakes a try next time your feeling nostalgic for some 30 Rock, they go together like Griz and Dotcom. Just for good measure, here’s Liz Lemon dropping some cupcake knowledge.
